Wicked Weights COVID-19 Statement
Dear customers
Due to ongoing global health concerns, Wicked Weights would like to ensure our customers, partners, and staff that we are taking all precautions needed to keep everyone safe.
Due to the overwhelming demand for deliveries across the United States, as well as modified practices by our shipping partners to keep their workforce and customers safe, customers should anticipate shipping delays for the foreseeable future.
We will continue to be here to support you as our customer, before, during, and after the buying & shipping process. However, due to these long and universal delays, we are not able to re-ship orders or flag them for investigation with the same expediency as we were able to, prior to the delays associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.
USPS - Depending on the part of the country, USPS is experiencing delays of 5 to 8 days.
Our customer service and fulfillment departments are open, and we will continue to do our best to get all orders out promptly.
